Terms of use for eaglelegend.com
Last updated: 24 October 2026
What's changed and why
- We've moved. eaglelegend.com no longer runs on Blogger. It has a new home that we built ourselves.
- Every game here is made by us. The art, music, sounds and code are all Eagle Legend originals. Our old terms said the games came from another website. That was out of date, so we've fixed it.
- We now show adverts on our web pages, but not inside the games. The adverts come from Google. In the UK and Europe, a Google message asks before any advert cookies are used, and saying no changes nothing about the games. New section 11 explains the adverts.
- Visit counting. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies. It only shows us totals, such as how many people played a game, and never who you are. You can switch it off on our Privacy page.
- No logins, your saves stay on your device, and no buying or paying for anything inside our games. Saves, best scores and settings are kept on your own device, not on our computers, and a new button on the Privacy page clears them.
- Videos and streams are welcome. You can post videos and streams of our games, as long as you credit Eagle Legend and link to eaglelegend.com (section 4).
- Old links still work. If you have a link to an old page, it will take you to the new one.
The short version (for everyone, including younger players)
- These are the rules for using our website and playing our games.
- You don't need an account, so we never ask for your name, email address or a password.
- No logins: you can play straight away. Your saves stay on the device you're playing on. If you clear your browser, they're gone.
- There's no buying or paying for anything inside our games.
- Our web pages show adverts from Google, but never inside the games. If an advert worries you, tell a grown-up, and they can email us.
- We made all the games. Please don't copy them, put them on other websites or pretend they're yours.
- Some games talk about health. They're for fun and learning only. They can't tell you what's wrong with you. If you're worried, talk to a grown-up you trust or a doctor. In an emergency call 999 (or your country's emergency number) straight away.
- The shop is run by a company called Fourthwall. If you're under 18, ask a grown-up before buying anything.
- If something worries you, ask a grown-up to email us.
The full terms are below. If the short version and the full terms ever seem to say different things, the full terms apply.
1. Who we are
eaglelegend.com (the "Site") is run by Eagle Legend LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17512456. Our registered office is at 33 Trevor Smith Place, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 3RW. We are not VAT-registered.
You can contact us at support@eaglelegend.com.
2. These terms
By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and it also applies when you use the Site.
3. Using the Site and the games
- No logins. You can play every game straight away, without signing up or logging in. There's no buying or paying for anything inside our games.
- Saves stay on your device. Saves, best scores, progress, your "recently played" list and settings are kept in your browser's storage on the device you play on. The "Clear my saves on this device" button on our Privacy page deletes them. They're not sent to us, and we can't get them back for you. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching devices or browsers can lose them. Some browsers also clear stored data on their own after a while.
- Moving from the old site. Saves from the old Blogger site were kept under a different web address, so they may not carry over to the new Site.
- Personal use. You may play the games on the Site for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Businesses that want to use a game on their own website or app need a licence (see section 5).
- Age. The Site is designed to be suitable for a general audience, including children. Some games have their own age guidance or content notes on their page. Parents and carers can check these before a child plays.
4. Our games and other content belong to us
- Every game on the Site is an original Eagle Legend LTD game, written by us as an original HTML5 game. Unless a credit says otherwise (see section 7), we own the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the games, including their code, art, animation, characters, music, sound effects, text and game designs. We also own the Site itself, including its design, text, images and logo.
- "Eagle Legend", our eagle logo and our game titles are names and branding we use for our business, and they belong to Eagle Legend LTD. You must not use them in a way that could make people think you are us, or that we've approved or sponsored you.
- Using the Site doesn't give you any ownership of, or licence to, our content beyond what these terms allow. We reserve all rights we haven't expressly given.
- What you may do: link to any page on the Site, and share our pages on social media using the normal share links or a screenshot.
- Videos and streams ("let's plays"). You may make and post videos, streams and clips of yourself playing our games, including on monetised channels such as YouTube, Twitch and TikTok, as long as you:
- credit "Eagle Legend" and link to eaglelegend.com in the video, stream or its description;
- don't re-upload, embed or re-host the game or its files (people must come to eaglelegend.com to play); and
- don't suggest that we endorse, sponsor or work with you, or present the game as your own.
We can withdraw this permission for a particular video or channel if it breaks these conditions or presents our games in a harmful or misleading way.
5. Licensing our games
We license our games to websites, apps, portals, schools and brands. Each game is available on several licence tiers:
- Standard, which shows the Eagle Legend credit.
- White-Label, which shows no visible Eagle Legend credit.
- Enterprise Reskin, where the game gets your own art or art we redraw for you.
- Source and Exclusive, which are agreed by individual contract.
Any licence is granted only by a separate written agreement with Eagle Legend LTD. Nothing on this Site, including these terms, grants a licence to use a game anywhere other than on eaglelegend.com. To ask about licensing, use the "License this game" button on any game page or email us (section 16).
6. What you must not do
When you use the Site, you must not:
- Copy or rehost our games. Don't download, scrape, mirror, rehost, re-upload or redistribute a game, its files or its assets, whether on another website, app, game portal or file-sharing service, without a licence from us.
- Frame or embed the Site without permission. Don't put our pages or games inside another website, for example in an iframe, without our written permission. Sharing a normal link is fine.
- Remove notices. Don't remove, hide or change any copyright notice, credit, licence notice, logo or watermark in a game or on the Site, including third-party credits.
- Tamper with the licence protection. Don't bypass, disable, alter or remove the technical measures that control where our games can run (the domain lock), or help anyone else do so.
- Copy or reverse engineer. Don't copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer our games or code, or make games or products based on them, except where the law allows this and the right can't be excluded.
- Cheat or misuse. Don't use bots, scripts or automated tools to play, load-test, crawl or harvest the Site. Normal search-engine indexing is fine.
- Break things. Don't do anything that damages or overloads the Site, or that introduces viruses or other harmful code.
- Break the law. Don't use the Site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
- Use our content for AI. Don't use our games, code, art, music or audio, or any part of them, to train, fine-tune or test artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, or to build or add to datasets for them, without our written permission. This includes scraping or downloading them for that purpose.
If you break these rules, we may block your access to the Site and take any other action the law allows.
7. Credits and open licences
Our games are our own original work. Sometimes, though, a game may include something made by someone else, such as a font, a sound or a small piece of code, used under an open licence (for example a Creative Commons licence, the SIL Open Font License, or the MIT licence).
- When that happens, we credit it on the game's credits screen (called "Thank-yous" in some games) or on its page, and we ship the licence text with the game.
- That material stays under its own licence. Nothing in these terms takes away any right that its licence gives you, or adds restrictions to it. Our copyright, the restrictions in section 6 and our domain lock apply only to our own work, not to the openly licensed material.
- The people credited don't endorse us or our games unless we say so.
- If you think we've credited something wrongly, please email us (section 16) and we'll look into it promptly.
8. Children and families
We design the Site to be safe for children. We apply the ICO's Age Appropriate Design Code (the Children's Code) to everyone who uses the Site, so we don't need to ask anyone's age. In practice this means:
- No accounts, no chat, no messages between players, and nothing that you post or upload for other people to see.
- No buying or paying for anything inside our games. Our web pages show adverts from Google, but never inside the games. We ask Google for non-personalised adverts only and block advert types that aren't suitable for children (section 11 and our Privacy Policy).
- No location tracking, and no profiles built about you.
- No pressure tricks. We don't use countdowns, guilt messages or streaks to make you keep playing. The games won't ask you to like, follow or share anything.
- We keep our promises. If we say something on the Site, such as "your saves stay on your device", we stick to it. If we ever need to change something important, we'll update these terms and the Privacy Policy first and say what's changed.
- For grown-ups: the shop (section 10) is a separate website. Children should ask a parent or carer before visiting it or buying anything.
If you're worried about anything on the Site, please email us (section 16). Children can ask a grown-up to do it for them.
9. Health-related games
Some of our games and pages, such as wellbeing or health-themed games, include health information. For all of them:
- The information is correct at the time of publication, but it may change, and it may not apply in your country or jurisdiction.
- It is general information for learning and fun. It is never a diagnosis, and it isn't medical advice or a replacement for it.
- Always consult a medical professional about your own health or someone else's.
- In an emergency call 999 (or your country's emergency number) straight away.
Each health-related game shows this disclaimer, and some list helplines too.
10. Our shop
Our merchandise shop at store.eaglelegend.com is run by Fourthwall, which is the merchant of record: it sells to you, takes payment, delivers the order and handles returns. Purchases are governed by Fourthwall's own terms and privacy policy, which are shown on the shop. They are not governed by these terms. The Site itself doesn't sell anything or take any payment. Your legal rights as a consumer when you buy from the shop are not affected.
11. Adverts
- Where the adverts come from. Our web pages show adverts provided by Google (Google AdSense). Adverts appear around our pages, never inside the games themselves. In the UK and Europe, Google's consent message asks before any advert cookies are used. How this works, and how to change your choice at any time, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
- We don't choose or endorse the adverts. Google picks the adverts automatically. An advert on the Site doesn't mean that we recommend, endorse or check the advertiser, its products or its claims.
- We try to keep them suitable. We ask Google for non-personalised adverts only and block categories such as gambling, alcohol, dating, and less healthy food and drink. Google's filters can't catch everything, though.
- Report a bad advert. If you see an advert that's misleading, offensive or not right for children, please email support@eaglelegend.com with what it showed and which page it was on. We'll ask Google to block it where we can. You can also report it to Google through the advert's own menu, or to the Advertising Standards Authority at asa.org.uk.
- Buying from advertisers. If you click an advert, you leave our Site. Anything you buy from an advertiser, or any agreement you make with them, is between you and that advertiser, under their terms. We aren't a party to it and aren't responsible for it. This doesn't affect your legal rights against the advertiser. Children should always ask a parent or carer before clicking an advert or buying anything.
12. Links to other websites
The Site links to some other websites, such as our shop and our social media pages, and adverts link to advertisers' websites. We don't control those sites and we aren't responsible for their content or how they use your data. Please read their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Availability and changes
- We're always working on the Site. We may add, change, move or remove games, pages or features, for example to fix problems, add seasonal games or keep the Site safe.
- We try to keep the Site available, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or without faults. We may also need to take it offline for maintenance.
- We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes to the Site or the law. We'll post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also put a notice on the Site. The terms that apply are the ones on the Site when you use it.
14. Our responsibility to you
- If you use the Site as a consumer (for your own personal use): we provide the Site with reasonable care and skill. We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We aren't responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. The Site is for domestic and private use, so we aren't responsible for business losses.
- If you use the Site for business: to the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and other terms. We aren't liable for loss of profits, sales, business, revenue or data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss. Any licence to use our games is governed by its own written agreement.
- Adverts and other websites: we aren't responsible for the content of adverts or advertisers' websites, or for anything you buy from an advertiser (section 11), except where the law says we are.
- Saves and devices: saves are kept only on your device, so we can't recover them. We aren't responsible for saves lost when browser data is cleared or a device is changed or reset. If you think something on the Site has damaged your device, please tell us so we can look into it.
- Things we never exclude: nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
- Your legal rights: nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. For more information, contact Citizens Advice (England, Wales and Scotland) or Consumerline (Northern Ireland).
15. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can also bring a claim in the Scottish courts, and if you live in Northern Ireland, in the courts of Northern Ireland. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep any protection that the mandatory laws of your country give you. If you use the Site for business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
